Hay St, Subiaco

The existing windows and entry door of this heritage building needed replacing, and the new tenants requested double glazing in order to enhance soundproofing and security on a busy street.

Given the calibre of the comprehensive fit-out and renovation, the tenants were looking for the highest quality available, along with customised windows and partitions to honour the internal theme and design. They requested that the property managers approve DuoGlass for the job.

The quality and finish of the project is evident, with the double glazing significantly reducing noise penetration, heat transfer and glare, and its strength and resilience adding extra protection, while looking right at home in its ‘industrial’ environment.
